Apartments or Houses?
You can't have a city without homes, and CityVille gives you plenty of different types to choose from. But these can be easily divided into two categories: houses and apartments. And each one suits a different play style. Apartments yield more rent money, but they do so less often. Meanwhile homes will give you less rent, but on a more frequent schedule. So if you are planning to play the game several times a day, houses are a much more efficient choice. But for the more casual player, apartments will ensure you get the highest pay out.
