Aerial combat in World War II is the focus of a new free-to-play game called War Thunder, which is currently in open beta testing. Flying in a wide variety of vintage aircraft you can take on the single-player/co-op missions, or jump into online matches of up to 32 players. Currently there are only European and Russian servers available, but I've spending some time with it anyway, and these are my first impressions of War Thunder.
