Unlike the original, PlanetSide 2 uses a free-to-play business model, and it has a wide range of implications on the game's Certification system. I've been spending a lot of time with this massively multiplayer shooter since it launched last week, so I put together some thoughts on PlanetSide 2's Certification system and how it ties into the game's pricing.
