Dungeons & Dragons Online Goes Free

Earlier this week Turbine launched Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited, an update to the original DDO which adds the option to download the client and play free of charge. Many improvements to the game have been made in the last few years, including additional solo content and the recently added monk class. If you haven't played in a while, it's certainly worth another look. Based on my earlier experience with DDO, I have no reservations saying that free games just don't get much better than this.
