Monopoly City Streets Launches

Here's an unusual project: Hasbro and Google have gotten together to create Monopoly City Streets, a huge online game of Monopoly that uses Google Maps as the board. The idea is to become the world's most powerful real estate magnate by purchasing actual streets and collecting rent, all in virtual money, of course. Each player starts with $3 million, and streets will vary in cost depending on their income potential. I'm sure there will be a bit of a frenzy to buy some of more popular locations in the game's first few days of operation, so keep your eye on the official blog for more details and instructions on how to get involved.

well it seems to of had some rather nasty growing pains but works very well now. It is hard to figure out the best strategy. Small houses, big houses?

Also glad to see they are planning a reset after all the kinks are worked out and the cheaters are busted.
