Ryzom Revival Plans

After years of ups and downs, the part fantasy, part sci-fi MMORPG Ryzom is making a return. A major update has just gone live, and there are plans to reinstate monthly fees so that development can continue. Until that time Ryzom is available for free. Originally launched in September of 2004, the game received little attention and has struggled to survive under different owners ever since. Ryzom does have some unique features, such as a living ecosystem and modular ability system, as well as Ryzom Ring, a scenario editor that lets users create content for the game.
