Getting Started in Wrath of the Lich King

If you tried to log onto World of Warcraft yesterday evening, there's a good chance you encountered a pretty long queue. Naturally, huge numbers of players are returning to the game to check out the expansion, and it'll likely take a week or two for things to settle down a little. It hasn't stopped some ambitious players from hitting level 80 already. There are a lot of common questions coming up about Wrath of the Lich King, so I've prepared a beginners FAQ to help get people started.
