Call of Duty: World at War Released
Tuesday November 11, 2008
A fitting release for Memorial Day, Call of Duty: World at War has shipped to stores for all major platforms. World at War has a lot in common with Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, except it takes us back to engagements in World War II, mostly in the Pacific theater. The deep multiplayer experience system makes a return, and it's the first game in the series to include co-op support for the campaign, allowing up to 4 players to tackle it together online, or 2-player splitscreen on consoles. Note that there is already a patch for World at War which you can download from one of the mirrors on the official site.
