Online Gaming Etiquette

When you log on to an online game, you shouldn't have to put up with all sorts of behavior that isn't befitting a 7-year-old, and yet as often as not, that's exactly what you can expect. To some extent we're probably already getting desensitized to it, but I decided to assemble some tips on good online gaming etiquette, just in case anyone out there still cares.
