Lord of the Rings Online World Tour

Friday March 30, 2007
Lord of the Rings Screenshot Turbine recently revealed their plans to hold a World Tour (otherwise known as an open beta test) of Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. It's a good chance to preview the game for yourself free of charge. According to the counter on their site, they've already sent out over half a million invites. "Start playing in one of the most exciting MMO launches of 2007 beginning April 6th. Players in the US, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia can play The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar by joining the World Tour of Middle-earth. Over one million keys will be made available from GameSpot, the May issue of PC Gamer (arriving at newsstands now), and directly from Turbine." You can get in earlier by pre-ordering.
