Station Access Collection Announced

Wednesday February 15, 2006
Sony Online Entertainment seems anxious to get more people into massively multiplayer gaming, even if it means lowering the price a little. Yesterday they announced the Station Access Collection, a bundle of 5 online PC games which will be available in one box for about $40. The collection will include EverQuest Evolution, EverQuest 2, PlanetSide Aftershock, The Matrix Online, and Star Wars Galaxies, as well as 30 day trials for new players of each of the five games. If you're interested in subscribing to more than one of these titles, a Station Access account lets you play all of Sony's MMOGs for $21.99 per month. There's also a new EverQuest II promotion up on FilePlanet that allows you to download the game client and try the game for 30 days. I believe this offer is open to registered users and FilePlanet subscribers alike, but be warned that the client is 3.6 GB!
Poll: Star Wars Galaxies - Which version of this game do you prefer?
