Blizzard Gay Rights Saga Continues

Following up on an issue I discussed last week, Blizzard has apparently been sent a warning from Lambda Legal concerning Sara Andrews and her efforts to recruit for her gay friendly guild in general chat. The letter has been reprinted on Kotaku in its entirety. I won't rehash the whole debate, but it's worth noting that Blizzard has withdrawn their citation against Sara, and now claim that the incident resulted from an "unfortunate interpretation" of their harassment policies. So I guess this means advertising your guild as GLBT friendly in general chat won't get you booted from the game after all.
