Dofus Launched Internationally

Thursday September 15, 2005
The international version of Dofus was officially released on September 1st, after a beta test that attracted roughly 80,000 players. The game is described as a tactical MMORPG, offering the usual persistent world play areas but using a turn-based combat system. You can download (40 MB) and play Dofus free of charge for 7 days, after which the monthly fee is about 7 dollars. It's already a hit in France, and the exceedingly high cuteness factor of this title is sure to work to its advantage.
