Morpheus Dies

The latest live event in The Matrix Online resulted in the death of Morpheus, one of the movie trilogy's main characters. Apparently Morpheus had turned into a bit of a terrorist, planting bombs throughout the Matrix infrastructure in an effort to reclaim the body of Neo. Killing off a father figure like Morpheus is a risky and controversial move, but it does give the game a chance to explore an entirely new storyline.
