Americans Win Counter-Strike Gold

Team3D of America beat the Titans of Denmark on Sunday to take home the gold medal and $50,000 in the Counter-Strike competition at the World Cyber Games. The word is that about 30,000 people attended this year's event, which was held in San Francisco. Other games played were WarCraft III, FIFA Soccer 2004, Need for Speed: Underground, StarCraft: Brood War, Unreal Tournament: 2004, Halo and Project Gotham Racing 2.
